We are delighted to be Arabesque‘s trusted partners in organizing their anniversary gala event, marking their 30 years of existence, being suppliers of integrated solutions and materials for the Romanian construction market. Arabesque, a prestigious company with a solid history and outstanding reputation, brought together partners and collaborators for an evening of celebration and recognition.

At this special event, Zenezia provided support for participant management and access. We provided human resources and trained coordinators, 5 coordinators, 8 hostesses and 8 helpers, who ensured a flawless experience for all participants. We worked in four prestigious locations in Bucharest: Pullman Hotel, Ramada Plaza Hotel, Arabesque showroom and Faceclub.

A key aspect of our collaboration was the development of a customized participant management platform. This custom solution was created to the client’s specifications, according to the requirements and data about each participant.

The platform allows real-time tracking of each participant’s status and updating of attendance information. Reporting is done using clear graphs that summarize everyone’s record by location (in this case). This made for a smooth experience for everyone involved.

We also created wristbands with QR codes, integrated into the customized platform, which allowed tracking the participants’ route from the hotels to the Arabesque showroom and then to the evening party at Faceclub Bucharest.
