Between April 3-4, 2024, Zenezia was part of the Solar Energy Bucharest Summit 2024 team, a reference event in the field of solar energy, held at the Palace of the Parliament. With a team of dedicated and energetic people, we ensured a flawless experience for all participants.

We managed the guests’ access, facilitating the check-in process and giving each participant a personalized badge.

Throughout the event, we played an important role in directing attendees to areas of interest at the conference, ensuring they had access to the information and resources they needed to get the most out of their event experience. At the same time, we made sure that the wardrobe and info-point areas were well organized.

During the Q&A sessions, our team was present in the room to provide microphones for participants to share their questions and observations. This helped create an interactive atmosphere and facilitated the exchange of ideas and perspectives between the speakers and the audience.
