Our team was at the heart of the action at the Cirque du Soleil – OVO show, ensuring that every aspect of the event ran smoothly and that the audience had a supercharged experience.

We welcomed the public from the entrance, managing and coordinating access, with more.com. Efficiently and with great attention to detail, we scanned attendees’ tickets, ensuring a quick and smooth flow of the audience into the hall.

After the spectators passed the access area, our team informed and directed them. With a friendly approach, we ensured that each person found their place properly, contributing to a relaxed atmosphere in the showroom.

In addition to managing access and audience placement, our team played a vital role in the set-up and tear-down of the event alongside At Last Agency. The team of helpers and stagehands, consisting of 63 people, helped from unloading and handling the equipment to providing support in the set-up, and finally worked quickly and efficiently to load all the elements and clear the hall after the performances.

Through our coordination and dedicated involvement from start to finish, together with events.ro, the Zenezia team has proven to be a reliable partner for large-scale events such as the Cirque du Soleil show. With our passion for details and determination to provide a flawless experience, we contributed to the magic and success of this extraordinary event.
