I entered the world of events production at the age of 16, covering concerts, festivals, sports competitions and corporate events. In 2022 I laid the foundations of Zenezia, a project in which I am deeply involved. When you can't find me at an event venue I travel, aiming to step foot on every continent in the next 3 years.

EVENT MANAGER
I started participating in events in 9th grade when I volunteered for the first time. A year and dozens of events later, my passion turned into a job, and that's how I became an Event Manager at Zenezia. I am an economics student and music is my great love. Since 2021, I've been active as a trader in the financial markets.
Andreea Toniță
EVENT MANAGER
The passion for volunteering began in 2012, and in 2019, I started to discover and to work in the events industry. Starting from 2022, together with Diana and Toma, we decided to take the next step and become entrepreneurs, resulting in Zenezia. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and watching series.
Alina Constantin
EVENT MANAGER
Graduate of the Faculty of Management within SNSPA, I'm a sociable and persistent person and with a good team spirit. I like to learn and discover new things, therefore I am willing to try every opportunity when it arises, contributing to my development as a person. "Never give up without even trying".
Mihai Legrade
EVENT MANAGER
The passion for events started in 2019, when I discovered what does event production mean when I've worked at the National Arena at the Metallica show. Having an engineering background, I developed my analytical thinking and attention to detail. I am a highly sociable person and I like to spend time with my friends.
Alexis Cimpu
IT DIRECTOR
I am an IT engineer with over 10 years of experience in multinational companies, truly passionate about technology and everything related to gadgets and electronics. Besides this, participating in events breaks the monotony of my daily routine and helps me push my boundaries. I love animals, having three furry ones at home.
Călin Demeter
MARKETING MANAGER
I am a medical student and I aim to push my limits by doing what I love. I enjoy having fun at events and contribute to the excitement alongside the team. I have a background in events dating back to 2017 when I first participated as a volunteer. You'll always find me at events, carrying something and smiling.
Răzvan Ghilencea
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
I am a creative individual, passionate about copywriting and dedicated to understanding the needs of our clients. In 2019, I left my agency career to start over as a freelancer and expand my skills. I am the co-founder of AYZ&HENDZ, a pop-up agency that puts heart into the goals of its clients.
Vasile Bîrgăuanu
BRANDING DIRECTOR
Through Tomorrow Branding, I create emotion and experience by building strong and cohesive brand identities. Specialized in brand strategy and design, I focus on each project individually and dedicate myself fully to the process. I have a three-year-old son and I love to spend as much time as possible with my family.
Dragoș Nițulescu
HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION
I discovered volunteering through my friends and, since then, I have been drawn more and more, getting seriously involved in the world of events. I like to interact with people, making new friendships. I carefully follow everything around me and I like to say that I'm always fresh and up to date.
Cristina Toader
TRAINER
I started volunteering when I was 16. Dozens of events later, coordinating and developing myself personally, I realized it was time to give back what I received in turn. The events helped me to understand the needs and desires of those around me, to communicate with various human typologies and to manage in difficult situations.

With an economist background, I became a photographic art enthusiast. I'm that person who finds the beauty in everything and I've always felt great at events behind a lens. Over time, even if the passion turned into a job, the immortalization of the events still remained a pure pleasure.
