Delete your Zenezia account

To delete your Zenezia account and associated data:

Open the Zenezia app
Go to Settings > Account Settings
Tap “Delete Account”
Confirm your decision and reauthenticate if necessary

WHAT MAY BE RETAINED

We will retain full participation data, legal name and legal data required for identification due to constraints required by the Romanian Law (Law no. 78/2014 on volunteering and the Labor Code).

NOTE

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

PROCESSING TIME

Instant for in-app deletion and up to 7 business days for requests sent via email or form.
