Zenesia was present at the Danube Marathon 2024, organized by Riders Club, on the Danube shore, Giurgiu, with a team of over 60 dedicated volunteers. The Danube marathon was more than just a sporting event: it was a nature getaway, an opportunity to celebrate the community and to promote a healthy and active lifestyle.

The involvement of the volunteer team was essential for the smooth running of the event. First of all, we were involved in guiding the participants on the route, being present in the key points to provide directions and encouragement, thus contributing to the competitive and friendly atmosphere of the event.

Within Race Village, our volunteers had a number of specific responsibilities. We helped distribute the participation kits, making sure that each participant receives everything he needed to prepare for the race. We were also involved in the process of handing over the medals of the participants in the finish, celebrating together the achievements and determining each participant.

Our participation in the Danube Marathon 2024 was a successful experience. We are pleased to be Riders Club partners in most cycling sports events that they organize in Romania.
