Child Safety Standards & Zero Tolerance Policy
At Zenezia, we are committed to creating a safe environment for all volunteers. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
1. Prohibited Content
Strictly prohibited on our platform is any content that promotes, depicts, or facilitates:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Grooming or sexual solicitation of minors.
- Sextortion or trafficking.
2. Reporting Mechanism
Users can report any suspicious behavior or content directly through the app or by emailing us at evenimente@zenezia.ro. All reports regarding minor safety are prioritized and reviewed immediately.
If you encounter any behavior or content that violates these standards, or if you have any safety concerns regarding a minor on our platform, please contact us immediately. We take all safety reports seriously.
What to include: To help us investigate quickly, please include relevant details such as the event name, the user’s name, or screenshots of the issue.
All reports are treated confidentially and reviewed by our safety team as a priority.
3. Cooperation with Authorities
If we identify any illegal content involving minors:
- The content will be removed immediately.
- The user account will be permanently banned.
- We will report the incident to the appropriate authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local law enforcement agencies. (ex: Poliția, NCMEC).
