The largest business, technology, and innovation event in Eastern Europe returns to Bucharest for a second edition, offering the Romanian audience a unique opportunity to engage with prominent global leaders from the worlds of business, politics, and innovation — live. The agenda includes topical topics such as cybersecurity, green transition, digitalization, the future of cities, health, digital commerce and leadership in times of transformation.

During the event, you will be assigned to one of the following teams:

• Registration
• Info-point
• Speakers & Public Affairs
• Audience flow management
• Side Events

What you need to know:
✔ You must be at least 16 years old by the start date of the event.
✔ Shifts are 6 hours long and will be assigned between 07:00 and 18:00.
✔ We provide water and food during the shifts.
❌ We do not provide accommodation or transportation.

Volunteer selection:
Priority will be given to:
• Active volunteers from the Zenezia
• Previous volunteer experience at various events
• Those who sign up quickly and have extended availability
